A.V. Hospital has been striving to be a role model among private hospitals by involving itself in several social activities.

1. Besides following highest ethical standards the Hospital has been involving itself in several a free health camps organized by Lions Club, Rotary Club, IMA and several other NGOs.

2. The hospital believes that charity begins at home and has a free ward where poor patients are treated since 1990. The old and the poor are taken care of including several operations being performed for them free of cost.

3. The hospital has been treating all patients being referred by the Ramakrishna Mission, Shivanahalli and by Ashaktha Poshaka Sabha free of cost.

4. The hospital has also been running the free diabetic clinic every Tuesday where all patients have their blood and urine test along with specialist’s consultations totally free of cost, for the last ten years.
